WASHINGTON, DC – September 5, 2018–  Broadcom Foundation and Society for Science & the Public today announced the Top 300 competitors in the 8^th annual Broadcom MASTERS® — the nation’s premier Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) competition for middle school students. The Broadcom MASTERS, a program founded and produced by the Society for Science & the Public, seeks to inspire young scientists, engineers and innovators to solve the grand challenges of the 21^st Century.

WASHINGTON, DC (July 10, 2018) — The Society for Science & the Public today announced that $30,000 in grants have been given to seven exceptional organizations supporting STEM education and science literacy.

The Society for Science & the Public today announced that $35,000 in grants have been distributed to eight innovative organizations supporting community-based STEM projects. Earlier this year, the Society gave $20,000 to five other organizations.
