| By August 31, 2022 | Affiliation available through the Fair Dashboard. |
| September 30 – October 2, 2022 | High School Research Teacher’s Conference, Society staff will have limited availability. |
| October 16, 2022 | Deadline for affiliation. Please note that the affiliation fee is due by December 31, 2021. |
| October 2023 | Thermo Fisher JIC Finals Week, Society staff will have limited availability. |
| By November 11, 2022 | Regional Award materials available online through Fair Dashboard. |
| December 31, 2022 | Affiliation fees due. |
| February 1, 2023 | Thermo Fisher JIC application opens for nominees. |
| By February 17, 2023 | Official Party Registration available online through Fair Dashboard. |
| Your Fair Date + 12 Calendar Days | Deadline to submit Finalist Questionnaire and Official Party Registration. |
| March 8-15, 2023 | Regeneron Science Talent Search Institute. Society staff will have limited availability. |
| April 14, 2023 | Last date to hold a Regeneron ISEF affiliated fair. Regional fairs that feed into state fairs should coordinate the date of their fairs with the state. |
| April 19, 2023 | Abstract Rewrite Deadline in Finalist Questionnaire (this deadline applies to abstract rewrites ONLY. Finalist Questionnaires are due 12 days after your finalists are announced). |
| April 26, 2023 | Virtual Booth Submission Deadline. All finalists are required to complete a virtual booth on the Regeneron ISEF 2023 ProjectBoard site. |
