WASHINGTON, DC, February 15, 2017 — The Society for Science & the Public (the Society) announced today that it is seeking a new title sponsor for the nearly 70-year-old International Science and Engineering Fair, the world’s largest international high school STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) competition.

January 4, 2017 three hundred high school seniors will be named scholars in the Regeneron Science Talent Search. Then on Jan. 24, 40 of the top 300 scholars will be named Regeneron Science Talent Search finalists. Finalists receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C. from March 9-15, where they will compete for more than $1.8 million in awards provided by Regeneron.
