Special award winners announced at Intel ISEF 2015

This year, more than 1,700 finalists competed at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair 2015 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Finalists qualify for Intel ISEF by participating regional, state, or national fairs associated with Society for Science & the Public.

In addition to the Grand Awards, which will be announced on Friday, May 15, more than 60 Special Awards organizations also provide awards. Special Award organizations provide educational scholarships, cash awards, summer internships, scientific field trips, equipment grants, and more. Special Awards were announced on Thursday, May 14.
