Scott serves as the MBA Class of 1960 Associate Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, and a Faculty Affiliate of Harvard’s Department of Economics and Center of Mathematical Sciences and Applications. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in Mathematics (minoring in ethnomusicology) in 2009 and earned his Ph.D. in Business Economics in 2011, both from Harvard University. Scott is a member on the Society’s National Leadership Council and co-heads the governance committee.

Jess Cheng is a Senior Counsel at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. She was formerly counsel at the International Monetary Fund, where she led the Fund’s fintech work agenda to help member countries modernize their financial sector legal frameworks. Previously, she was deputy general counsel at Ripple, a San Francisco-based fintech company specializing in DLT-based cross-border payment solutions, counsel and officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and an associate at the New York law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Gina Petrocelli

Chief Counsel, Enforcement, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority

Gina Petrocelli is a Chief Counsel in FINRA’s Department of Enforcement and Co-Chairs FINRA’s Diversity Leadership Council.  She manages a team of attorneys handling investigations and actions relating to sales practice, anti-money laundering, market manipulation and other investor protection and regulatory issues. Prior to joining FINRA during 2010, Gina was a litigator at Latham & Watkins LLP and at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Gina graduated from Harvard Law School in 2002 and from Harvard College in 1999. She is a member of the bar in New York.
