Jillian Riggs

Jillian Riggs is a Human Resources Specialist II at the Society for Science.  She brings a strong background in HR operations, has a passion for supporting people through every stage of the employee journey, experience working in both public education and the nonprofit sector, is committed to fostering positive workplace experiences, and driving process improvements.

Jillian holds an associate degree in Human Resources Management and maintains her professional certifications through HRCI. She is also an active member of IHRIM and the DC Chapter of SHRM.
