Cancellation Policy Discrepancies
Cancellations for individual reservations: Any cancellation after March 16, 2026 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 from the ISEF Housing Bureau. This fee is separate from any cancellation fees imposed by the individual hotel’s cancellation policies in effect by contract. Please be advised, the hotel(s) will charge an “Early Departure” fee if a guest checks out prior to their scheduled departure date.

Additional Hotel Information:
- All hotels will provide complimentary Wi-Fi to Regeneron ISEF attendees. Some hotels may require guests join their hotel loyalty program
- Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If rooms are sold out in your hotel choices, you will be placed in a hotel based on availability.
Tax Rate:
- All guest room rates are subject to the local Phoenix, Arizona taxes and occupancy fees that currently total 12.57% of the room rate. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Travel and Hotel
Fair Directors will make housing arrangements and coordinate travel for finalists and Adults in Charge. Room Blocks (for groups needing 9 or more rooms) will open by November 24, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST and to all attendees on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Once the site is live, a link to the housing website will be available on this page. The Society has secured the lowest available hotel rates at the hotels closest to the convention center. Contractually, the Society must sell all of those rooms or will otherwise face a penalty. You should not contact the hotels directly, nor should you book on any alternative hotel or travel sites. We are also not working with any outside agents other than our designated housing bureau Maritz. If you are contacted directly by anyone offering you housing services or help securing a hotel, then please know those agencies are not working with the Society and that you may be exposing yourself to fraud.
Maritz Global Events, formerly Experient, is the Official Housing Provider for the 2026 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization Society for Science or Maritz Global Events.
