During Regeneron ISEF 2022, finalists heard from prominent leaders across different STEM fields during three panels sponsored by Society for Science, Rise, and Johnson & Johnson. All panels can be viewed on the Society’s YouTube page.

For the first time since 2019, finalists in this year’s Regeneron ISEF competition gathered to exchange pins representing their home countries and states.

In 2021, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that approximately 35% of residents in 16 states across the country have obesity. Reports have also shown that childhood and adolescent obesity have been on the rise, particularly during the pandemic; with a sedentary lifestyle and increases in screen time, as well as restrictions on going out to abide by safety protocols, this is no surprise.

The Society for Science has announced Dallas, Texas will host the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair in 2023.

The Society for Science is thrilled to announce that the city of Dallas, Texas, will be hosting the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2023. The week-long event will be taking place from May 13-19, 2023.

Albuquerque Academy 9th grader, Akilan Sankaran loves walking the halls and beautiful campus of his school in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a place that he says has afforded him many opportunities to learn about new concepts and ideas. One of the disciplines Akilan enjoys most is mathematics. He also loves physics and space science, and one day hopes to be an astrophysicist.
