Henry Samueli

Henry Samueli is co-founder of Broadcom and Chairman of Broadcom Inc., a global leader in semiconductors and infrastructure software. He is Chairman of the Broadcom Foundation, which served as the title sponsor of the Broadcom MASTERS – the Society for Science middle school STEM competition – for 12 years, from 2011 through 2022. He is also a Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UCLA, and a Distinguished Adjunct Professor in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at UC Irvine.

He earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from UCLA in 1975, 1976 and 1980, respectively.
