Dave Shull

Dave Shull is President of HP Solutions. As head of this business, he integrates HP’s portfolio of hardware, services and software to improve employee experiences, provide flexibility and deliver peace of mind for global organizations.

Joining HP from Poly, where he held the role of President and CEO, Shull brings to HP over 25 years of senior leadership experience in business transformation, complex business partnerships, operations and corporate development, having built, led and reinvigorated brands including TiVo, Weather Channel and Dish.

Shull serves as board member and advisor to a number of technology start-ups, and also supports a group of charities addressing ultra-poverty.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Harvard University and an MBA from Oxford University.

Shull is an alumnus of the 1990 Science Talent Search.

He joined the Society’s Board of Trustees in 2024.
