ALUMNI

Each of our competitions lasts only a brief period, but their impact lasts a lifetime — and so can your involvement with Society for Science. We are proud to offer a robust slate of resources and events to our impressive alumni community, including local networking meet-ups, Q&As with STEM luminaries, our online alumni network, and opportunities for mentorship and volunteering.

Alumni Network

Join the Society for Science Alumni Network!

Our network gives alumni the chance to connect with peers, post photos and updates, share or search for job and research opportunities, forge mentor-mentee relationships, and learn more about Society programs and initiatives. Alumni ages fourteen and older may sign up for the network using a preexisting LinkedIn, Google, or email account. All alumni using the network are advised to follow the Code of Conduct.

We also invite all Society alumni to join our LinkedIn group.

Alumni Events

Society for Science alumni events offer unique opportunities for past competition participants to connect, collaborate, and engage with fellow alumni, leading scientists, and industry leaders. Each year, we offer two Signature Events for our alumni community and friends of the Society, featuring prominent speakers in STEM fields. Additionally, regional alumni events are held regularly. Watch this space for information about upcoming alumni events.

Alumni Archives

Society for Science maintains a repository of information about past years of the International Science and Engineering Fair, Science Talent Search, and our middle school competitions. Our expansive archive chronicles over eighty years of our world-class science competitions. Visit these pages for names of finalists, lists of award recipients, press releases, photos and videos of programming, and more.
