Admin Title: 

Special Award Organizations are required to:

  • Offer student award packages with a $5,000 minimum value.
  • Make a $2,500 SAO award program contribution.
  • Develop specific award selection criteria.
  • Provide Special Award judges to select your winners.

A $2,500 SAO award program contribution entitles the organization to:

  • Global media coverage.
  • 25% discount for an exhibit booth in the ISEF Commons to get face-to-face with the estimated 10,000 attendees including not just finalists, but the parents, teachers, mentors and science fair directors who influence college and career decisions.
  • 50% discount for Science News advertisement including in-depth reporting on science topics now reaching 4,000+ high schools and 100,000 digital and print subscribers.
