How to Help
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President & CEO. The Executive Assistant works creatively and thrives working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. Exercises good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and also works with all of the senior management team. The Executive Assistant must be able to work well under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Senior Management Liaison
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee will generally perform the functions of the position at the employee’s workstation, but will regularly move to other locations within the office to communicate with fellow employees and occasionally travel to offsite locations for meetings and events.
