2005 Phoenix Intel ISEF Government Award Winners
Department of Homeland Security, University Programs Office
Six $20,000 portable, undergraduate scholarships ($5,000 per year for 4 years) in the categories of Behavioral and Social Sciences, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics, and Zoology. Recipient must be a U.S. citizen and agree to major in science, math, engineering or technology. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is particularly interested in projects where there is a connection with the mission of DHS. This mission is to prevent or mitigate the effects of catastrophic terrorism against the United States or it's allies.
