Intel ISEF 2012 Press Information

Thank you for your interest in attending the upcoming Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, held May 13-18, 2012 at the David L. Lawrence Conference Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. as a media representative. If pre-registered, media badges will be available for you to pick up at registration. Registration will be open from 3 PM – 6 PM on Saturday and from 8:30 AM to 9 PM daily for the rest of the week.

The press room is located in Room 335 (3rd floor above registration). Press room hours are as follows:

  • Sunday: 12 PM- 8 PM
  • Monday through Thursday: 8 AM – 8 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM

The program for the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair events is available at https://www.societyforscience.org/document.doc?id=372. The program includes student project names and booth numbers, a map of the convention center, and a schedule for the week. Media are not allowed access to students or the exhibit hall during official judging. Time is allotted for media interviews with students from 9:30 AM- 11:30 AM on Tuesday or during Public Day on Thursday.
