Things to do before coming to the Intel ISEF 2013:

  3. Be sure read the SSP harassment policy located here
  4. If you need to test during Intel ISEF, order Advanced Placement (AP) and IB exams now.
    1. Advanced Placement (AP) Testing Information (pdf): Deadline for ordering an AP exam was Tuesday, April 9. The deadline has now passed. Advanced Placement exams are available on Monday and Tuesday, May 13 and May 14.
    2. 5. Consider all of the items you need to bring with you
    1. For your project, we recommend that you gather a folder of materials to bring to Phoenix, including a complete set of your Intel ISEF forms. Also bring data books, the previous year’s abstract and research plan if a continuation, signed Human Participants Form (4) if human participants were involved, a sample copy of any survey administered in your project, and any other applicable paperwork. Please put your name and project id on all items. It is also advised that you bring electronic backup copies of as much of the material and data as possible in case your project board or notebooks are lost in transit.
    2. For activities throughout the week, we recommend that you pack business attire to wear during judging and the Awards Ceremonies. Additionally, many students like to exchange pins that are representative of their home state or country— you may bring pins for trading if you wish. We strongly recommend that any cameras, cell phones, or other electronics you bring are clearly marked with your name and address. Please secure them at all times; there will be a lost & found box at registration and at the Hub for misplaced items.
