The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF), a program of Society for Science & the Public (SSP), is the world’s largest international pre-college science competition and is coming to Pittsburgh.
The premier global science competition provides the forum for over 1,500 high school students from 65 countries, territories, and regions, to display their independent research. Please join the Intel ISEF 2012 finalists on Thursday, May 17, as they display and present their research at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Intel ISEF finalists will be available from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. to discuss their projects with visitors who share an enthusiasm for science research.
SSP and Intel are proud to support these students and hope the exhibition and interaction with them will inspire students, teachers, parents, scientists, and others.
SSP, Intel, and the Pittsburgh Local Arrangements Committee invite schools to attend the Intel ISEF Education Outreach Day on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Intel ISEF to experience the excitement of Intel ISEF 2012 through a hands-on, interactive day. School groups will have an opportunity to visit the exhibit hall of projects to interview the student finalists about their scientific research.
