Join us for the Public Exhibition of Projects of the Intel Science Talent Search 2013

Please join the 40 Intel Science Talent Search (Intel STS) 2013 finalists as they display and present their research at the National Geographic Society in downtown Washington, D.C. Intel STS finalists will discuss their projects with visitors who share an enthusiasm for science research. Society for Science & the Public and Intel are proud to support these students and hope the exhibition and interaction with them will inspire students, teachers, parents, scientists, and others. Admission is free.

If arriving by Metro Rail:

Red Line: At the Farragut North stop, take the L Street exit at the far north end of the platform. At the top of the escalator at street level, turn left (east) and walk one block. Turn left on 17th Street and walk 1.5 blocks. The National Geographic Society will be on the right side of the street.

Orange/Blue Line: At the Farragut West stop, exit towards 17th Street. Walk one short block east (in the same direction as the escalator leading to street level). Turn left (north) on 17th Street. Walk 3.5 blocks. The National Geographic Society will be on the right side of the street.

If driving:

Street parking is available and most metered spots are free on Sundays.There are also paid parking garages available in the area, though some may be closed on Sundays.

Entering the Building:

Please enter the National Geographic Society through the M St. entrance. As you enter the courtyard, please come in through the glass doors on the left, past the boulders and water feature.

Intel ISEF 2013 semifinalists were announced on January 9 and finalists were announced on January 23, 2013.
